Neil: No fresh injury concerns

Norwich City boss Alex Neil has confirmed to the Canaries official website there will be no fresh injury concerns ahead of their Boxing Day visit to White Hart Lane to face Tottenham Hotspur.

The Canaries stunned Manchester United by winning 2-1 at Old Trafford thanks to goals from Cameron Jerome and Alex Tettey to send the Norwich fans home happy.

Speaking ahead of the game, Neil confirmed that it will be touch and go until kick-off as to whether defender, Andre Wisdom, is fit enough to play a part:

It will be a last minute decision with Andre as he’s not fully fit.

Neil confirmed winger, Matt Jarvis, will not return despite making good progress on his rehabilitation following his knee injury and but confirmed Jarvis doesn’t have a time period as to when he will be available to play yet:

Matt’s not got a timeline in terms of recovery. He’s doing well at the minute, ticking most of the boxes, but he’s a high-impact, high-energy player so he’s got to be 100% right.

During the Christmas festivities, Neil’s Norwich side will play three games in seven days and the Scotsman confirmed he will be forced to rotate his squad due to the fixture congestion:

With the intensity the games are played at, to ask the same eleven players to churn it out at this level is extremely difficult.
